Wild Encounters

We will be resuming our Wild Encounter Programs the week of July 19th. Please check back at that time for more information.

Overview

Wild Encounters consist of education-based programs with up-close and personal animal experiences! There are several packages to choose from, dependent on the type of animal you’re interested in interacting with.

Wild Encounters allow participants to go beyond the public barriers and/or behind the scenes. Participants will learn about the animals featured in the encounter, their adaptations, threats and individual personalities, as well as how our staff care for the animals. Program length varies based on animal interest, though is typically 30 to 45 minutes. Each package offers a unique feature dependent on the species.

While we are unable to offer Wild Encounters at this time you may contact the Kathi at (607) 724-5461 ext. 223 to get placed on our waiting list.  We will be resuming Wild Encounter the week of July 19th.
