Community Tabling Application

Welcome to the Zoo’s tabling application! Our tabling program provides an opportunity for community organizations, non-profits, and businesses to connect with our visitors and promote their mission or products.

As a tabling participant, you’ll have a designated space to set up your table, chairs, and promotional materials near the zoo entrance or in a high traffic area. This is a fantastic way to showcase your organization, engage with the public, and increase your exposure to potential customers or supporters.

We require that all tabling participants follow our guidelines, which include maintaining a professional and respectful presence, keeping the area clean and organized, and representing yourself and your organization in a positive light.

Please note that the Zoo receives a high volume of tabling requests, so we prioritize those who align with our mission of education, conservation, and animal welfare. We also ask that you submit your application at least four weeks prior to your desired tabling date.

Fees: $25 per hour for businesses with 20+ employees and corporations; $20 per hour for nonprofits and small businesses with under 20 employees
